Inspired by Charles Dickens and other novelists who wrote serialized books, I have been thinking it might be a worthy use of my time to serialize a book. What a challenge! At first I thought I would try to write a novel in installments and share them on a weekly basis on this blog of mine. I’m not quite ready to start that project yet, but when I do, well then, look out! I’ll try to go right to the bitter end.
Instead, I will serialize my personal history of art events or experiences or encounters throughout my life, hopefully at the rate of one per week. That’s 99 weeks! That’s a lot of weeks. We’ll see what happens, I guess.
